Believe mental health care (BMHC) is a feminist community-based organization working on better mental health care and empowerment of society by implementing intersectional mental health programs and services for young people (age 10-3) and women in Uasin-Gishu County, Kenya.
After we receive your application (Calling period: November, 10 volunteers per year), we will contact you and arrange for an interview in person or by phone with our volunteer coordinator.
All information on this form will be kept confidential and will help us find the perfect volunteer project for you.
At the end of the volunteering process, you will receive a BMHC Certificate of Appreication for your service.
Since we work with a vulnerable population, please be advised that we require a criminal background check. We will advise how this may be done most efficiently.
